“Regulation Amending The Export Regulation” in Force

The Export Regulation has been amended by the "Regulation on the Amendment of Export Regulation, " published in today's Official Gazette (Issue: 32892).

 
Main changes:

● References to the "Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade" have been replaced with the "Ministry of Trade",
● The term electronic export (e-export) has been introduced,
● The definition of consignment export has been expanded to include e-export,
● Changes have been made to consignment export procedures.

Amendments entered into force today.
