Judgment by the Constitutional Court

In its judgment on the individual application No. 2023/95915, published in today's Official Gazette (No. 33060), the Constitutional Court ruled that the applicant's right to a reasoned decision had been violated stressing that, in rejecting applicant's administrative suit for the annulment of the relevant municipality's decision not to renew his service contract, the judicial authorities sufficed themselves with the reasoning that the applicant was being tried before the criminal courts. In contrast, the facts and events subject to the criminal trials in question should also have been examined.
