International Arbitration Fees

The "Communiqué on the International Arbitration Fee Tariff" was published in Official Gazette No. 33205, dated March 26, 2026, and has officially entered into force.

The Communiqué sets out the fees to be paid to an arbitrator or arbitral tribunal in consideration of the work and proceedings conducted from the commencement of the international arbitration case until the issuance of the final arbitral award.

The scope of application of the Communiqué is limited to instances where the fees subject to the Law No. 4686 on International Arbitration have not been, or cannot be, determined by other means.

The Communiqué repeals the previous Communiqué on the same subject.
