Annulment Judgment of the Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court, with its decision published in the Official Gazette dated 17 October 2025, No. 33050, ruled to annul paragraph (15) of Article 3 of the Labour Courts Law No. 7036 on the grounds that it was contrary to Articles 13 and 36 of the Constitution.
The judgment pertains to the cessation of the employee's obligation to carry out the mediation process jointly against the main employer and the subcontractor in reinstatement requests (E: 2024/157, K: 2025/121).
